Pick either template and customize it however you like — or do both! We really want to see the breadth of what can be done with the sites, but the final outcome will be entirely democratic.
Please note that no portion, section, or creative component of this template maybe used in other projects, replicated, included in other templates, used as a development foundation, or distributed without purchase.
